This piece is all about energy - it is raw, unfiltered, and bursting out of the canvas. It takes the familiar form of a motorcycle engine and pushes it into something far more expressive, almost abstract. The structure is there—the fins, the lines, the shape of the V-twin—but it feels like the whole thing is alive and shaking with power.
The colour is what really drives it. Instead of sticking to realistic tones, I let everything run—reds, blues, greens, yellows—all colliding and layering over each other.
There’s a looseness to the brushwork that was intentional. I didn’t want to pin everything down too tightly—I wanted it to feel like a moment, not a static image. Almost like you’ve glanced at the engine mid-ride, or caught it in a blur as the bike passes by.
